Step 1. Attach 10 wraps of lead at the front of the fly
Step 2. Cover lead wraps with thread.
Step 3. Tie in 6 pheasant tail fibers, tie as shown.
Step 4. Attach peacock herls at bend of hook.
Step 5. Attach hackle at bend of hook.
Step 6. Wrap peacock forward slightly past half way.
